Stronghold Transitional Living, LLC was founded to provide safe, stable, and supportive housing for veterans experiencing homelessness in Connecticut. We believe those who have served our country deserve more than temporary shelter—they deserve the opportunity to rebuild their lives with dignity, respect, and the support needed for lasting independence.
Our transitional housing program offers a structured, shared-living environment where residents find stability, connect with resources, and work toward personal and professional goals. We empower individuals to transition toward independence and long-term stability through community, structure, and access to essential services.
